Heat Exhanger Repairs / Retubing
We perform fabrication and repairs to various manufacturers shell and tube type heat exchangers, tube bundles and condensers. We also service fuel oil heaters, aftercoolers, kettles, lube oil heaters, etc. All work is performed in accordance with A.S.M.E. section V111 Div. 1 and TEMA standards.
SERVICES OFFERED:
- Heat exchanger retubing and repair in the shop and/or field.
- Removal, shop repair, testing and reinstallation.
- New gaskets and fasteners furnished for optimum sealing.
- Emergency field tube plugging and leak detection services.
- Shell and head gasket areas welded if defects are found.
- A.S.M.E. weld repairs to shell and heads followed by machining of gasket surfaces.
- Flange welding and machining - shop and field.
- Tube materials: cu ni., admiralty, stainless, carbon, copper, etc.
- Manufacture of new replacement bundles.
- Manufacture of tube sheets and baffles.
