HEAT EXCHANGER REPAIRS

We perform fabrication and repairs to various manufacturers shell and tube heat exchangers and condensers. We also service fuel oil heaters, aftercoolers, kettles, lube oil heaters, etc. All work is performed in accordance with A.S.M.E. section V111 Div. 1 and TEMA standards.

• Turnkey removal, shop repair and testing, reinstall.
• Emergency field tube plugging and leak detection.
• Head machining and gasket replacement.

• Tube materials: cu ni., admiralty, stainless, steel, copper, etc.
• Manufacture of new replacement bundle/s.
• Manufacture of tube sheets and baffles.
